Hermès shop voucher

I noted that there is a shop voucher offer for sale in HK, discounted by about 25%..but the voucher has no name indicated, only dated and stamped, just wonder anyone know whether this voucher looks authentic?

I think it might be a "store credit" note. They might have bought it as a present, then had no use for it, and are now selling it out?
