Hermes Sales Tag?

Hi! Just purchased a preloved Evelyne II which was supposed to be authentic and now I am doubting based on what was inside. Please see the pic of this "Sales tag" has anyone ever seen this before?

No it's a high profile online/ NM pick up station here in the US with hubs in CA and NY. Don't want to post the name right now but very reputable. Don't know who they bought it from.

I've bought a scarf once from the boutique in Japan and it came with a similar tag with the string too. Can't speak for the authenticity of your bag but the tag is from the boutique in Ginza.

I haven’t seen Japanese but seen similar tags previously from sale items in my city in the past. When my city had a scarf sale they use to get leftovers scarves globally which had their local tags on it.
