Hermes refund

Good day ladies

I bought a black garden party recently at my local Hermes boutique but would like to return it.

Do you think i can ask for a refund instead of store credit ???

I think it depends on the refund policy in your country but for example in the UK it is absolutely fine so long as you return it within 14 days and it is obviously untouched / brand new.

Are you returning it to the store you bought it from? As I've found that store policies differ. For example my local store in the UK does not accept purchases made abroad for exchange/refund but others may do.

As LittleH said as long as it is unused and within the timescales your store offers there should not be a problem

My understanding that all stores in U.S only do exchange or store credit. Or at least that is what my SA told me.
