It's usually water, although one time I remember my SA offering me an orange juice. However, I went in on my birthday last year and she served me champagne.

I’ve sipped champagne and had hors d'oeuvres usually at H store after hours parties. I had champagne once or twice during normal shopping times but this was pre-covid. Now if I get any treats it’s usually given to me at the end of a visit during special store shopping events - like watch or rtw event. Usually it’s chocolate but one time I got a s’mores kit. The chocolate from smores kit melted in the car before I got home so no picture of that one. Here are pics of some of the other goodies

Pre-pandemic: Every visit offered coffee, tea, juice, flat/sparkling water or champagne. Never seen or offered anything to eat except if it was a special event.

Since pandemic: Nothing. Mask on the whole time.

Latest visit, invitation to launch of S/S RTW 2022. Was offered a range of hors d'oeuvres but chose only the mushroom tartlets. Champagne and water, a vintage Polaroid and a bunch of Mimosa to take home.
