Your threads are all either/or opinion polls without disclosing anything about your buying needs or interests. These are, obviously, two wildly divergent pieces in function and aesthetics. So perhaps explain what you are trying to achieve. Otherwise it reads like reseller-type market research more so than an individual's shopping plans.

I love both, and im about to ask my SA for both, but I can only choose one before i requested
picnic is unique, pochette is versatile

More unique with be the picnic birkin for me. But I’d definitely use that less.

The Picnic w/PH hands down for me! Yet that being said lifestyle is of the utmost importance...I am more a grab and run gal, more casual..and into an easy peasy dinner reservation. The Pochette a tad more dressy in my world, and usage is truly important that will be a big deciding factor I feel for you also. Whichever one you decide/purchase ENJOY!! Both Lovely!
I vote Kelly pochette! I feel like the picnic Birkin is too limited (as in difficult to wear in any season apart from summer on a boat)
I chose the Kelly Pochette. Because as fun as the Wicker Birkin is, i would never use it. I am not one to care about trends (if you love it wear it when the trend is over), but wicker is very trendy right now and may feel Outdated soon. A Birkin is pretty resilient to trends but something so niche might even over shadow the Birkins timelessness. I am
Pochette as it’s easily wearable throughout all seasons. Imagine getting caught in the rain with a picnic. Plus picnic isn’t something that I’m interested in. The Pochette I definitely 100% desire
unless you are a collector, otherwise go for the pochette...it is more wearable..
I got offered a Birkin picnic menthe, because I can't get a Kelly pochette from the store since too many people ask for it.
in the end I took the picnic because there's no other options for me . so I'm thinking to sell it and get a pochette from the resell market.
