Hi Everyone,

I'm headin to Paris in March and I'm just wondering if I don't find my 40 HAC in a dark color which I am hoping to find, can SAs easily check in their system if other stores have it? If so, are they able to check with other cities (Barcelona, Milan) have too? TIA

I have to find my 40 HAC :shucks:

FSH and George V will not check each other's stock so it will be difficult. You may even have to go back to the same stores over multiple days.

For other French stores, I am not sure how it works although I know in Germany, the stores can access the inventory list from other German cities. Thus, I don't think they can access other countries.

40HAC is not hard to find if you are not particular in color. It is not a highly sought after bag as it is a bit too heavy for the ladies.

I doubt SAs will check in their systems. However, it's best you try your luck in all the stores you go to...have a good trip! And GL!!

hi JY,
i might be heading that way too in march. nothing confirmed yet though. so who knows, might bum onto each other.

just wondering which is a good hotel (translated as: cheap, convenient and safe) to stay in paris if i just want to focus on handbags shopping ie hermes, chanel, LV and perhaps, goyard?

TIA.

cheap convenient and safe in paris.... well, the last two maybe but not sure about cheap.

you can try best western Premier Opera Richepanse which is a few blocks away from all the stores you mentioned. there are other Best Western around the Opera area which you can also try.

Golden Tulip is another Dutch chain hotels which you can look into.

do a search on paris shopping hotels as others have chimed in on this matter before.

Hey guys, thanks for all the advice. Hmm..check at all the stores for a few days seems quite difficult for me...are they able to call u if any of the daily deliveries has one when its received?

jy81, as you can imagine with all the interested customers they see everyday, they can't call all of us with an update on the deliveries. Unfortunately the only way is to go everyday, possibly twice a day, to check the arrivals.

I sure hope so....has anyone seen them regulary in the store?
The top of the list color would be black with GHW...2nd is black with PHW..

..then comes anything in grey, or a dark blue.... then camel...


*keeps fingers crossed**

I havent read anything so far in the forums that anyone has seen a 40 HAC at the FSH store yet... :( gets me worried

I think I can make time to go every other day..most likely in the mornings only to check and see if they received anything....

really hope ill find my 40 HAC....:crybaby:
