My store has NO Hermès boutiques and therefore no way of me easily getting anything in person. I am sure that if I order something off of the H.com website I will not be charged tax, but if I call a store and order it from them, will I be charged tax from that store. e.g.. If I call the SF H boutique, will I be charged California sales tax?:smile1:

If there's a boutique in your state, you will be charged tax, no matter which US store you order from.

Your location is listed under your name as CA so if that's California then you'll pay tax on anything you purchase from Hermes either via the website or from a store.

I'm unable to edit my post above, but if you order from the website, you will also be charged tax for your state.

Hi,

Sorry I think my original post was unclear. I meant that my state has no H boutique. So, I know if I order online I won't have tax, but if I have something charge-sent will I get charged tax from the state that store is in?

I think you meant if you call the store and have it sent to you, there will be no sales tax. Bottom line is that no sales tax will be charged to you as long as they don't have any store in your state.
