Hi loves,

I have a dilemma. Hahaha since the quarantine, I haven’t been out, and don’t want to go out but I need to buy something from Hermès. Turns out the one I need is available on The Hermès USA website. I’ve never shopped on the Hermès website before so I was wondering if online purchase are included in store profile we build to get offer hard to obtain Hermès products?

Would greatly appreciate your thoughts on this. Thank you in advance and stay safe!

Online purchases do not count toward your store profile and will not help to acquire hard to get in-store items.

Technically it does count if your SA make the purchase for you now they have access to the online store.

Call your SA and ask him/her to get it for you -- tell them it's online.
