I know this question could be a little bit dumb, but I just purchased the ladybug charm from Hermes.com and just received it today. I've tried my very best to put the little ball inside the hole but somehow couldn't "tuck" it in. Can anyone give me some instruction of how to tuck the little ball in to "lock" the charm??

Do you see that one of the links in the chain is different from the others? You can fit that flat one through the little slit on the side and pull the rest through.
