Hermes Kelly Dog-Suede?

Hi, does anyone know if the Kelly Dog is or has ever been done in suede? i saw one for sale on a reputable site, i called a couple of Hermes boutiques and they said the the KD is not done in suede. The site assures me that the bracelet is authentic. Can anyone tell me if they have seen a KD in suede? Maybe it was a special order??

Yes, it´s called Veau Doublis (spelling?). No special order and not as sought after as the others which should be reflected in the price if it´s a pre-owned one.

It is called doublis and lovely. The SAs often don't know what they're talking about.

I actually have two of the Kelly Dog bracelets in Doublis (suede) that I bought directly from the Hermes Boutique. LOVE THEM! They are rare and IMO very special. They are softer to wear and very comfortable. I like the rich look of the suede. The Kelly Dog in this skin is very hard to find. They are beautiful and somewhat of a collector item~

It is done in suede (dublis) in KDs, CDCs, and KDTs, but it's not often so it's likely that the some SAs have never had one in stock to know that they exist.
