Hermes Gold not same

Gold always seems to be the least consistent of Hermes colors from dye batch to dye batch.
I have an Epsom belt like that in Gold.. it’s definitely more of a Honey Gold tone
The belt looks like gold to me. The orans do not. Wife has swift Birkin and it’s the lighter color like your belt. But as mentioned, I’ve read that it depends on the dye from lot to lot.
I have a pair of gold swift oasis and they are the most beautiful true slight deep brown color. The same shopping trip my Sa pulled out a 'matching belt' in gold epsom and it stood out to me that it was different than the shoes. I really love gold in swift but not nuts about it in other leathers.
Gold and Rouge H.... that one has gone from burgundy to red to brown-ish...
I think Rouge H, Raisin, Bleu Marine and many others have varied between eras and across leather types.
I’ve noticed that some of the color names for Orans/Oasis/Chypres are different than the corresponding bag/SLG colors sometimes. I remember seeing a pair of vert jade Orans that I thought would go perfectly with my vert jade Picotin for summer, but when I saw them in real life, the Orans were a very light green like vert fizz. This might be the same for Gold and some other colors maybe? It can get confusing especially with very popular colors with already varying dye lots. Either way your gold Orans are very pretty!
If you hate them, return them. While I’m not usually an advocate of returning, this looks like the old noisette
Also agree with posts above that gold is gorgeous in swift leather (B30). However, I also have an Epsom B25 sellier, and it’s definitely gold, not noisette. Aside from differences due to the leather, my gold bags are relatively similar.

Even my Gold epsom bags from different years, they're slightly different. My SA told me that it's depend on each batch.
My gold Orans in Boxcalf look the same colour as yours...I wouldn't worry to be honest.
