Hermes Frankfurt or Singapore

I will be traveling to Frankfurt Germany soon for business and stopover in Singapore for a few days, thinking about trying my luck for a Kelly 32 in the boutique. Anyone have any information on the boutiques there?

We are pretty sure Singapore boutiques will not sell Kellys to new customers. I highly doubt Frankfurt would either. They give preference to local VVVIP customers.
