Hermes Evelyne quality issue?

Hello! I am so disappointed. This is my third Hermes bag in the past few years, and the first time I've experienced this issue. Can anyone advise of my options? I purchased this Evelyne brand new from Hermes one month ago and the stitching is popped! I've attached a picture for reference. Thanks in advance! 1600365179514.jpeg

Unfortunately, that is not an option as I purchased online and the closest boutique is a 7 hour drive:( I did reach out via email, but I am not sure what their policy is.

It actually looks like there is fraying on the stitches across from the broken stitch as well. Is that part of the strap rubbing against anything when you're wearing the bag?

I'm sure that Hermes will be able to repair or replace the strap, whatever the cause. They stand behind their products.

Edited to add: You should be able to mail it in instead of driving 7 hours!

Thank you! I've never had an issue with Hermes before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was surprising, as Hermes has always been the gold standard for quality. I've had a few stitching issues with my Chanel bags, but nothing this bad so early. There is nothing out of the ordinary that would be catching it....hopefully they can do something, as this bag is currently unavailable online:(
