In last year early of august, I have put my name on the waiting list for 2 birkin bag(one is red color size 30,swift leather with gold finishing, the other is gold color, size 35 in togo with gold finishing),in the bologna boutique. Also I have made order base the leather sample book that a lady showed me in boutique.
Then 2 month ago, I went there to ask the SA in bologna boutique hows going on ? a guy had looking for my name for about 10 mins, then he said I am sorry, I cant find your name on the waiting list, did you make an waiting list? Or an order? In bologna, some clients pay some deposit first, then they have priority to get the order early. Base on what I know, I have never heard that HERMES boutique take the deposit before the purchasing, due to the waiting is taking longer time, the SRP could be changed.
Is that right?
Then he said, maybe you can leave you number, when the other SA comes back, he will ask her who was put my name on the waiting list. Then she will call me again. I waited for 2 month without any response from the bologna boutique.
Today, I ask my staff who is italian to made phone call to the shop and asked again, this time one guy got the call, after checking his computer, he said that France HQ office cancelled the order, because the 2 bags that I have ordered is no longer on the price list. I think such of excuse is very unprofessional, and he maybe thinks we dont know anything about HERMES.
