where can I buy Hermès, Belkin bag? There are only few stores in and around NYC (where I live), and a long waiting list for the buyers. How safe it is to buy online or on e-bay?

I'm sorry, I'm not an Hermes expert, but what is a Belkin bag? Did you mean Birkin? I've never heard of Belkin...but then I don't know much about different styles of H bags.
