My 25th birthday is coming up and I'm having a hard time deciding what item I'd like to hold out for: an Hermes handbag or Rolex watch? I've attached photos below with the options on my wishlist I'd hope to get offered from Hermes and Rolex. Both are currently in high demand, and therefore, I'd have to wait for one to become available to me (could be months or a year even) and would likely have to purchase on very short notice. That being said, I'd need to save my birthday funds for one or the other.
Should I simply purchase whatever becomes available first? or strive after just one of the two to start, and keep the other on my wishlist for the upcoming year? For context, I currently own 5 chanel handbags and no luxury watches, but a beautiful gold cartier JUC bracelet with diamonds.

, but there may be a pre spend unless you already have a relationship with an H SA and a boutique, or a higher price from a recommended reseller (with the need to do your due diligence on authenticity etc) Similarly, I’m not sure if it’s hard to get a particular Rolex or not. . .
