Hermes Ardennes leather - is this a dry leather condition that's fixable by spa?

Saw a vintage ardennes kelly from the 90s, but the leather condition seems to be very dry. Is this repairable by H spa? Or is this normal for gold Ardennes leather? Thanks for your answer!

are you are working from photographs?
it is very difficult to tell remotely
the only satisfactory answer is for it to be assessed by Hermes
but I am surmising that this is a bag you are considering and that you do not yet own,
so you are not in a position to take it to Hermes

It helps to see the whole bag, or at least the parts that are really affected by dryness (handles etc). Conditioning always helps bags, but can only go so far, and will not help cracking, for instance.

I understand you are probably trying to keep others from buying the bag if you use a full image, but these photos are pretty tough to ask anyone to assess.

Probably this should be moved to the spa thread.
