I love the Kelly style Hermes but of course can NOT afford it. Does anyone have recs for a purse that might look similar in style? Thanks!

I could have sworn I saw a gorgeous bag on the purse forum that has the same feel, but isn't a copy. I don't remember what it was, but I'll see if I can find it for you. I know it was posted in the last few days.

Furla has a design, GIOVANNA FURLANETTO FOR FURLA, the Montreal Bag is a similar style. I haven't seen it other than on the website so I don't know what it feels like.

You should search for threads on pierotucci. I've read good things on the threads about them. I plan to one day get one but for now it's not really my style.
If you are interested in vintage, there are many Kelly style vintage bags on eBay. I notice many sellers refer to a frame purse with kisslock and rigid handle as a Kelly bag. I've seen smooth leathers and many exotic leathers in this style.
