Help! "Your payment has been refunded"

I was the buyer on a BIN auction this morning, and I went to the link in the Paypal email and saw the "your payment has been refunded" message. However, I'm getting the normal "your payment was sent to...." message now, so maybe the problem has been resolved!

I just sold a purse tonight and got the same message ~ payment refunded ~ I got that message when I went to check on her payment thru a link on ebay.

I logged back into paypal a few minutes later and the payment is there.

It must be a glitch.......

Yeah, it must be a glitch. Good thing you guys' payments have gone through without problems! For me, the buyer has NOT contacted me for more than a week since the auction ending date, nor has she paid -- the auction still gives me the same glitchy message, but there is also no payment in my PayPal account.

I went ahead and filed the non-paying buyer dispute. What do I do from here? How long do I wait? When can I relist the item? Please help!
