Help with Yurman necklace please :)

Hi, does anyone know if David Yurman made the cookie necklace with a single diamond center? I know he currently makes one with the 7 pave diamonds in the center, but I saw a beautiful one with a single large diamond and was wondering if it is a diamond or just maybe a white topaz? Any insight would be appreciated!

It looks like at some point the pendant (where it slides-- not the station) in the cookie collection was just one diamond in the middle but description says otherwise now. Maybe search ebay for some older versions?
