I have this watch that belonged to my great aunt and was given to me many years ago after she had passed away. I'm trying to find any information about it, but am not having much luck on the web. Has anyone heard of a brand called Amnon? I will try and attach some pics. Sorry the are so dark. The watch is 14 k gold. ImageUploadedByPurseForum1375497401.271693.jpg

Well, I'd start by doing some research into your ancestry. Did your Great Aunt, or her mother, migrate to Canada and, if so, which is their country of origin?

Unfortunately there's no one around that I can ask. I have no idea on the age either. I'm thinking it was purchased while they were living either in Canada or in the US. Though my grandfather wasn't born here, they moved here when he was very young. I thought for sure I'd find something on the internet - but so far no luck. I may have to try and hit up a specialist.
Thanks for your advice though - I appreciate it. :smile1:

Well, it looks to me as if it may have come from Eastern Europe. My Mum has something similar that is from Russia. The name on it is a biblical name so it may have Jewish origins? I would guess that it has found its way to your continent with immigrants? I am just speculating though. I love a good mystery!
