I got a great deal but I’m wondering about the strap. Every bag I found online (from this style) has a different strap than what I have on this bag. The chain is also too short to double up and wear on my shoulder. And too short to wear as a crossbody. Here is a picture of the bag. I guess my question is can this chain be changed to look like the other bags where it’s longer and has a metal clasp? Where would I go for that? I also did not receive an authenticity card ( which I also didn’t notice till I got home). Thank you!

Is the strap removable on the bag you purchased? I ask because mine is and your strap looks a little different. Mine can be worn doubled and crossbody. No idea if you can purchase the strap elsewhere. Hopefully someone else chimes in.

I’m sure I can open a link and detach it. I’m so annoyed Bc it is too short to be worn doubled or crossbody. I am going to visit my parents in Illinois I’m a few weeks I may end up just returning it.

That’s so weird. You shouldn’t need to open a link to remove it. It’s like your bag has the wrong strap on it. I’ve never seen this bag not come with the removable chain strap.

Yep that is exactly it. I did get it for cheap but I wish they would’ve mentioned the strap. I will probably return it in a few weeks when I to another state where there is a NM last call.

Maybe show Neiman’s anyways. Maybe they’ll offer even more of a discount. This is what the strap should look like A1AE8CE2-1D29-4173-9762-66C9B760D8E0.jpeg

As you can see it opens and is completely removable. I also bought this from Neiman’s a couple of years ago.
