GLAMOUR Italy November 2008 says that they are DONNA KARAN.

they are from the easy-to-wear Fall/Winter Collection 2008 collection, I can't find them on the Donna Karan's website.
I found on internet this news: "Donna Karan velvet peep-toe sandal with falling-leaves ankle strap, $930" but they don't tell where to find these shoes. SORRY
