Help with style and name of bag

I bought this bag from Neiman Marcus atleast a few years ago and now I'm considering selling it to its small size but I have no idea the name or style of this bag nor do I remember what I paid for it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think your best bet would be to list it with the best description you can come up with...
