I'm so sorry, maybe Dior can polish it?
I hope you didn't get hurt as well from the push
I'm perfect, but I'm upset because today I was using the bag for the first time😅I tried a cream polish and it seems to have helped somewhat (although I haven't continued because the gold was fading). In case it helps anyone... Although I've also contacted with Dior in case they replace these parts
Thank you so much for your help♥️IMG_1923.jpeg

These scratches cannot be polished off. Dior can replace the hardware for a fee.

Sorry to hear that someone pushed you. I would be livid if this happened to me!

Hello, today I had bad luck, a person pushed me and my Dior hardware was scratched 😭Let's see if you have ever found a scratch like this on a DIOR bag and know how to try to hide it🥲
Thank you in avance!!
I’m so sorry you were pushed, but glad to hear that you’re ok!
Hoping that you can get to a Dior boutique to have your hardware replaced.
Stay safe!

Yes, it almost made me have a fit, but people don't know what the bag is worth🥲, let's see if Dior can change the hardware but now it's a little less noticeable, thank you very much❣️

This happened to me too! Do you recommend the cream polishing?

First of all, I'm so sorry!! But I have good news, mine is now 👌 The first thing I did was use the polish. Be careful, although it removes the scratches, it does remove the gold. Next step, I bought a gold-plating machine and liquid gold. Little by little, I plated the piece and left it as good as new. It's a long process, but when you have the tools, it's not difficult. In fact, I fixed my Lady Dior, which was a little dull too😊
