If you used paypal, file a dispute.
The best thing to do wouldve been to get a real one for $600!! I noticed when you won the auction, was a week after the Gucci sale started. You couldve (and still can) score her a large bag on-sale for $400-600 direct from Gucci, Saks or NM. And she'll melt just seeing that gucci or NM box, before she even opens the package!
