Michael Kors Help with new Hamilton

I purchased a MK distressed Mocha Hamilton new with tags on eBay. I received today however the back part of it has worn spots some missing the dark color at all. Is this a feature of the distressed look? The seller has asked for more pics etc and said to take it to the MK store however I called over there and they don't help with stuff not purchased at an authorized retailer. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I didnt seen spots like those on the ones that I saw in the store.

normal. each one has different variations....just the nature of the leather. i think that's why a lot of girls wanted to purchase this colorway in person, so they could select the variations they liked best
