oooh now you've got me going!!! working all day to be able to afford things from the outlet??
first of all, i'm sure all of us here buy from the full price boutiques as well as outlets. When all these legacy bags went to the outlets, why would anyone not want to go and buy 2 for the price of 1 normal bag????
And I don't know about some of the other ladies, but when it comes down to it, alot of us have RESPONSIBILITIES in life, and buying whatever new handbag is out the second it comes out is def. not #1 on our priority list. So if I can take care of myself, my family and expenses and still afford a bag, whether it be from the outlet or full price boutique I'm more than happy.

Well I guess DH came through this year and got my wishlist. The stocking stuffers were enough to finish paying for college. Maybe I could sell the "trip around the world" on ebay and not have to work next year. LOL I am a personal assistant and my boss would never go on a forum and ask the question. I would be the person doing it. LMAO.
We do not treat newcomers poorly. But it is rare for posts like the OP made to be sincere, especially when there is no real question involved (how to give them to her properly? Really, anyone wonders about HOW to give a gift?) and the poster has no history on the forum.
I apologize for the forum's behavior if he is sincere, but we routinely get made fun of for being materialistic (even though most of us are not) because we enjoy nice things. OP's like the one here are often made just to further make fun of who people think we are, especially when made by a person with less than 5 previous posts, so we tend to be skeptical.

I think I would feel minorly bad (Candac3 knows my first reply to this topic was kind of backhanded but some of you may be wondering if I just changed my mind all of a sudden) if this person turned out to be real, but not 100% bad because while it's sweet to take care of your loved one, many of us know how to convey our surprises a lot better and are grateful for what we get in life.
