Help With Mini Bought from VC

Hello everyone,

So I just bought a gorgeous Mini Luggage from Vestiaire Collective, but I was scrolling through Fashionphile and noticed what looked like the exact same bag, with the exact same serial number/date code. However, the bag I bought from VC has an 'F' stamped on the inside leather flap (which I believe means it was purchased in private sales), but the bag on Fashionphile does not have this F stamp. Slightly confused. Does anyone know if it's possible for two bags to have the same code inside?

It's not at all unusual that one bag was sold during private employee/staff sale while another sold through regular channels such as dept store or boutique.

I know this but is it normal for the date code to be the same on both?

Unfortunately, not a good sign It shouldn't be duplicated, but typically, these tags are completely squared at the edges (not the beveled corners we're seeing in your photos).

Not commenting on her authenticity, but my authentic Celine has date tags that look just like this; many of them do.

I've heard that but I've also seen authentic Celine pieces with rounded corners on the date tags. I bought it from VC anyway so if it's not authentic they'll pick up on it x

Back to the corners of the leather tab, this is a screenshot of an authentic Celine Mini Luggage from the The Real Real Celine authentication video, and the corners are slightly rounded. I've seen it on many Celine luggage totes
