Help with info on Chanel day glo

hi you guy i just bought a pre owned day glo and i notice the back of all the zipper doesn't have the lampo engraving on it. Is this a new thing for chanel? are they not using lampo zipper any longer? any info would help. TIA

Hey honey! Sorry I don't personally own this bag so I can't answer your question but I found some members who bought the bag in 2008...maybe if you PM them and they still have it, they can let you know how their zippers look compared to yours? Here are the member names and links to their posts. Otherwise, maybe post the bag pics on the "authenticate this Chanel" thread and the authenticators can let you now what they think? HTH

Also, check out this link regarding a day glo authentication request (post #3141) recently on Aug 7, 2009. The bag was deemed authentic and there is a pic of one of the zippers (no lampo stamp).

I bought my dayglo from NM, it does not have any engraving on the zipper.

yay thanks you you guy for all the help. hey savannah, is your day glo breaking your back , i really didn't know how heavy it really is until i got it and put it on my shoulder, now i am feeling a little regretful getting it cause it's so so heavy
