Hello ladies , I really hope to get some tips.
A seller finally replied to my CC card company, saying my claim on authenticity was false.
The first " proof" they had was their own authentication letter ( dated Oct 25 2016). I bought my bag March 2017. And their letter was for a black Soho disco. My bag is clearly navy blue.
Second "proof" they had is a blurry receipt ( or at least the printed copy from my CC company was fuzzy) of their sales receipt. Do Gucci bags have any unique identifying serial numbers or black interior tag numbers , that can be matched to the sales receipt?
Seller also saying :" if the customer wishes a refund, please have them return the bag to me so I can validate that the bag in fact belongs to us and was sold by us and was not switched."
How can they actually prove this? Absolutely ridiculous.
The sample sale I purchased from was by Tempt Brands, Ottawa (EY center) first week of March 2017, although the company listed on my receipt was Vixxar international. Tempt Brands not listed anywhere.
