Help with deciphering YSL authentication card

Hello,

I am needing help deciphering the authentication card for my YSL wallet on chain. I know the purse is legit because I purchased it at Neiman Marcus. My mother bought her YSL wallet on chain (black leather with matte black hardware) around the same time I did, and I am wondering if I grabbed the wrong YSL box out of our shared hall closet. There was only one box for this purse so I'm not complete sure whose it is. I am wanting to sell my YSL wallet on chain in the future and I want to make sure I am sending the buyer the correct box/authentication card.

I have the Matelasse Monogram YSL Wallet on Chain in black caviar leather with gold hardware. See photo for purse and authentication card.
