I'm short too, about your height. My Cambon SA gives me a clip with every Rectangular mini I buy, so that I can shorten the chain on the inside of the bag. This really helps; it then becomes adjustable to the most suitable length for me.

I got the clip too but can never attach it in a way that it doesn't push up against the leather and leave a mark (tried it with both mini and my WOCs and got the same result). I ended up sending all the bags to Leather Surgeons to get the straps shortened and never looked back - they get so much more wear now!
Could you please post a picture of the clip? I previously requested one, but my SA seems to be unaware of it. I’d love to show her a photo for reference.

I just purchased the Chanel mini square and am contemplating on keeping it. Please help me decide. I like it, but I am more of a Hermes lover and had Chanel bags previously and ended up parting with them. I am not a huge fan of lambskin and gold and this is the combo that was available. I took it since i've gone into the boutique on several occasions and one was never available. I think i'd also prefer the rectangle version. Not sure if i should keep it or return.

There's lots of great options if you're trying to broaden your collection, wait for one you KNOW you'll use!
