Hi, I'm trying to purchase a blue jean birkin 30 from a reseller. The bag has gold hardware on the plaque, turnlock, lock/key, on the pictures I got, but the four clou is not gold, looks like palladium. Is it normal for this bag to have different color clou than the rest of the bag?

No, the hardware all must be consistent. If they differ then that would be a red flag and I would be suspicious of its authenticity.
