Help with Bloomingdales website!?!?

Help - everytime i try to place my order on the bloomingdales website by selecting 'checkout' this message comes up: "Please do not use "BACK" or "FORWARD" button of the browser to navigate to the previous or next screen. Please use the links and/or buttons provided below". I am not using back or forward, but am using the link provided, so i dont understand ...?

Its ridiculous, i dont know what to do, is anybody else having this problem. it seems to happen to me whenever there is something good on sale that i want???

this always happened to me but it should stop if you log in first then shop and then checkout...it always seems to work for me...good luck!
