Hi,

I have the Audrey Cinched tote from a few years ago (see pic below) and absolutely love it, but I've noticed lately it's getting a bit dry. Is there any way to condition this type of leather? It's one of Coach's special ones. The care card says to only clean with a soft dry cloth so I am guessing not?

I have this exact one, but in Navy patent leather. If the care card says only dry cloth, I wouldn't try something else on it. Is yours patent too? Or is it a different shiny leather?

hi, I believe that bag is made of shiny burnished leather (not plastic-coated patent leather) so using a good quality leather moisturizer (Leather CPR, Apple Leather Conditioner) will work wonders at making it look like new.

You may also wish to consider Lexol products (cleaner and conditioner). They are very light and I have used them successfully on many bags. You can find them online, or at some shoe repair shops, or at equestrian (horse riding) shops, and other stores.

I use the lexol wipes (orange cleaner and brown conditioner) to treat my bags before putting them into storage during off-seasons. This has worked well for me. Good luck!
