Help with a signature Perlee bracelet from 2015

Hi there, I went to VCA today to try on a signature perlee bracelet. Unfortunately they only had a medium and an XS. The medium felt slightly too big and the XS fit but was about the same size as my wrist so I am pretty sure I am a small.
I found a size Small preowned on line and that is from 2015...it is marked S inside. Does anyone know if the sizes have changed at all in the last 5 years? Thank you so much!

Yes VCA changed sizes in 2018 I believe. They came up with a new size s and made the then s into the current Xs. But I don’t know how the new bracelets are labelled - if it is instead by numbers - 16,17, etc.

Huge favor to ask anyone with a current size small bracelet. Would you be able to measure the outer circumfrence with a string or tape measure to see if it measures 16mm? Here are a couple pictures. Does this look to be a current small? or XS? your help is much appreciated!
