Michael Kors Help with a replacement hangtag please!

Hi ladies,

I own the Skorpios black pleated leather bag and the hagtag is missing. I have called the store but so far no luck getting a replacement. And the number that online gave me for repairs goes to voicemail. Now being that this is a $1300 bag I would really like a replacement.

Has anyone gone through a similiar experience or have any knowledge as to how I can get a replacement tag?

I was able to get replacement parts at a store. But I doubt that all stores had that bag. I went into the store as it was never possible to get an SA on the phone.

I called several stores, and it's not something they have "extras" of as I was told. It's just aggrivating calling all these numbers, leaving messages and getting nowhere. It shouldn't be this hard to get some information or get answers from MK.
