but as far as i can tell, it looks ok to me. but im not a Kelly expert.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news (and I'm not infallible), but that auction has red flags all over it. Look at the number of feedback (3), the length of existence on Ebay, and the price. Bad, bad, bad. Sorry! A real kelly in the worst of shape would list for several thousand. They just don't devalue that much, luckily. Sorry. The problem is, you should ask questions BEFORE you bid, as you are bound to honor your bid. Especially when the seller states they won't respond at all after the auction. Bad news!
