HELP! Which would you choose - Gucci Disco or Prada Raffia

UGH! Price aside - which would you pick? I love both for a variety of reasons.I don't have a Gucci or a Prada so I'm delighted to add to my collection on both fronts. I do think I'll use the red Gucci a bit more but that's not the only consideration. Which is easier to pick up on the second-hand market? Seems like the Soho is easier there. Which will hold it's value better? Maybe the Prada? But not sure...

I don't think both brands would hold its value imho but the Gucci soho is a more popular bag - and for the right reasons. its well made and functional. if you don't wanna lose too much money you could buy it preloved?

Gucci seems easier to use and is more versatile, all year around.
Prada is for summer only and I don't like that a bag doesn't stand when you put it down (it lays).

I would go for the Gucci Disco, the raffia is more of a trend plus it's not versatile enough. The soho disco is better in every aspect as far I am concerned.

I wouldn’t buy the raffia one but for practical reasons... that type of bag is meant to sit against your hip or waist, and the material could scratch up any delicate fabrics like silks, knits, etc in addition to getting stained from denim. If you rub that kind of weaved material against denim it will bring out the dye onto the bag.

If I were to choose, I would go with the Gucci. It seems easier to use, and having a bag that doesn’t stand when you put it down is annoying.

Gucci. Agree with @lincer and @lalame re the Prada, but it is cute
