help!! what to buy??

I bought this semi mount yesterday and am going to pick out a diamond today... What size diamond do y'all think would look best... Also I'm wondering if maybe I should go for an 8 ct diamond tennis bracelet instead of the ring... Can't decide!!

Usually a semi mount holds a specific size diamond...did they tell what carat size will accommodate this mount? Can the head be changed?
