Help!! What is this part called

My petit noe is missing one of these loop things on the strap and it’s annoying me

what is it called? If I go to LV will they give me one lol or where I can I buy one online?

I call it a strap keeper. I bought an odeon preloved and one was missing. The cost to add it....FREE! This was a year ago. They were going to send it out, but then the manager said they would do it in-store. It took 2 weeks or so. And they gave me a dustbag too.
