What is that for a Bracelet and what is the price?

It's an old design. Nitrolicious posted it in 06 but flickr host post it only in Aug 09. It can be used as a bracelet or even to tie your hair into a ponytail. There's another similar bracelet/necklace w/blue string called 'skipper'.
