I think they can fix it. Don’t worry too much. I’ve sent in my Kelly chevre years ago with a few scuffs around the corners and it came back as good as almost new. The worst thing is only waiting period. Your bag is in beautiful color btw.

Bad news. No more craftsman in Spore. So just have to send to Paris. SA in Liat Tower said, just “collect” a few more wears b4 sending in to justify the wait time.
