Shoes Help! Valentino Rockstud slingbacks strap problem((

So I just got my Rockstuds from Madison in LA. It was the last pair in my size. I was trying them on at home and after taking a few steps on the carpet I felt that one of the straps became loose - looked at it and saw that it came out of its nest.
I've read in some reviews that this is a common problem. What should I do? Return them to the store and order another pair online? Go to the Valentino boutique and ask for help? Or just take it to shoe repairs?
Please, help me decide! I am so upset right now

Could you possibly bring them back to the store and ask them to repair it for free? If that's not an option, it looks like an easy job for a cobbler.

This happened to my rs too. I can't return them now because it's been almost a year since I bought them. I've only worn them twice. Can the shoe still be fixed?

I'm absolutely sure that it can! Just ask the cobbler to use thread of the same colour, and it won't even slightly be noticeable))

As unhappy as I would be to have this happen, it is an easy fix. Just make certain the cobbler you use is meticulous with his repair work
