I would check websites of Saks, Neiman Marcus, Nordstroms, Net-A-Porter for current Valentino prices. I watch the items I like like a hawk, hoping and praying that there's a handbag promotion, or some kind of sale.

No, not correct price usually $1395-1595, if limited one $1,995-$2,195. But the one in your Bluefly is regular black one.
