Help! To Buy Internationally Or Not!?

I love shopping with Selfridges. I used to study in the UK and I know how awesome is the Selfridges customer service. So even when I return to Malaysia, i continue to shop with Selfridges. Their delivery is fairly cheap (£25 for delivery to Malaysia), and fast (about 4-6 days). I would definitely recommend Selfridges to anyone!

I did pick up that YSL and I'm so excited for it to be here!

I'm looking to order a YSL shoulder bag from Selfridges and was wondering about the import duties to deliver to the US. Their website says they charge you all applicable fees when you place your order but I'm not convinced. Did you have to pay any additional duties or taxes when your item delivered?
