Help! Tiffany chain appears hopelessly tangled..

I’ve had an Elsa Peretti open heart pendant since 1990. I didn’t store it correctly while traveling and I have several tangles in the chain now. Any tips on how to fix this? Could I take it into a store for help?

Safety pin and two pairs of tweezers under a strong light. I find untangling necklaces so soothing! Lol

The tip above is great, I would add a drop of dish detergent on the knot so it helps to loosen the chain. This has heppened to several of my TIffany platinum chains.I now hook the chain to the clasp before storing them. It does help to minimize tangling.

Yup! I’ve used a sewing needle, a gentle tug here and there, and a lot of patience. No knot is impossible, good luck!
