Help...Swift or Togo Leather?

Is there much difference and preference for either one?...buying for my wife...swift may be a better possibility for landing a 35cm Birkin...(within days!) from a(n) Hermes boutique! Help...if the answer is Togo, is it worth the wait?

I personally like swift because of its buttery feel. In a birkin, I have a 30cm in swift and a 35cm in togo. Both leathers are fine. It's all a personal preference.

I like my bags on both ends of the "stiffness spectrum" - either swift (floopy) or chevre (holds shape better than togo).
