Could I file unpaid item dispute? It's passed 1 month from auction closed ( Feb, 8 )?
She also has something like shipment ID# etc ( I don't know what's called ), I think she'll provide it to eBay when I open dispute as unpaid item and eBay will come after me, suspicious I'm trying to scam my buyer? :shrugs::confused1:

I also need to pay around $20 to send back her checks while I don't get money from her since her checks can't be cash...

So, should I spend extra $20 to send back her checks?

No don't spend any more money on her. If you can't send it regular mail, tell her she either has to cancel the money orders or get you $20.00 to return her stuff.

Take your time with her. Advise Ebay of the problem (scam?). That way if she tries to file something saying she paid and never received the item, you will be covered.
